WP12: Dissemination and Communication

To maximize impact, this WP engages with the public and industry through non-technical outreach, tutorials, scientific publications, conferences, and social media. It raises awareness of Device Aware Testing, semiconductor manufacturing, and the company, fostering collaboration, interest, and customer engagement.

WP11: Scalable Commercialisation

This WP builds the foundation for a scalable business by establishing a spin-out company, transferring IP, expanding the team, and preparing outreach and funding plans. Collaboration with founders, advisors, and investors targets funding from European and strategic sources to ensure sustainable growth.

WP9 & WP10: Business Model Development

These WPs develop a SaaS business model using customer feedback and market research, supported by a detailed financial plan. A comprehensive IP strategy is established, including patent filing and freedom-to-operate analysis. Hiring plans support team growth, ensuring readiness for commercialization and future funding needs.

WP8: Prototype Build and Validation

This WP integrates memory and defect models, fault modeling, and test generation into a seamless prototype. Through incremental integration, data flow mapping, and user trials with pilot partners like Imec, the platform’s functionality, usability, and reliability are validated. A product roadmap for scalable production deployment is also developed.

WP6 & WP7: Test Generation

Focusing on generating test solutions, this WP develops modular algorithms that optimize test coverage and cost using Model-Based Testing and heuristics. The generated tests guide both pre-manufacturing design exploration and final product testing, with efforts to enable third-party integration via APIs or plug-ins.

WP4 & WP5: Fault Model development

These WPs specify and design the fault modeling software, integrating defect models into memory system simulations. Using modular design and advanced techniques such as Monte Carlo, SPICE, and machine learning, they build and verify a flexible fault modeling toolset, exploring API development for integration with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) platforms.

WP2 & WP3: Memory and Defect Definition and Modelling

These WPs define target memory technologies and identify defects through industry data, literature, and expert input. They create a comprehensive defect taxonomy and implement a scalable defect model library, rigorously tested for accuracy and reliability, forming the foundational knowledge base for further development.

WP1: Market Analysis and DAT Platform Requirements

This WP focuses on understanding user needs and market demands to design the DAT platform’s software interface. Through customer surveys, interviews, and usage data, it ensures the platform addresses real problems and informs technical architecture, technology stack, UI, and business strategies. This work directly shapes the prototype and its commercial scalability.
